Terms and Conditions

• The minimum purchase is 100 pixels or $100, and the maximum purchase is only limited to what is still available on the web site.
• Purchase of pixels does not entitle you to anything relating to the baby itself.
• When you purchase pixels on the site you do not own any part of the site, but rather you are granted the right to publish an image and a link in the space you paid for.
• You are allowed to change the image or link any time from your account, once it has been approved by us.
• 10% of net profit will be donated to various children’s charities.
• Your Hosting Account is valid for 1 Year only, additional years can be renewed at additional cost.
• Web Hosting has its separate terms and conditions provided by NewBorn Hosting
• Once your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you are not entitled to a refund.
• The site and homepage will be online for until at least 1st, August 2010.
• Obscene/offensive/adult images/links will not be accepted. Site owner has sole discretion over what is appropriate content. If your link and image are rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide another link and image.
• If your original image and link are accepted and you later change the image and link to something that site owner deems offensive, then your link will be removed and you will not receive a refund.
• If you decide in the future to remove you image and link from the home page, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and that space will again go up for sale to the public.
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must own the image and link or have authority to provide the image and link for the web site you publish.
• Payment must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, but site owner will try and keep these interruptions to a minimum.
• Once payment is cleared, site owner aims to get your pixels online within 24-48hr. Please have patience.
